金相切割机的国内外研究概况

摘    要:介绍了金相试样切割机的国内外研究情况,以及多种类型切割机的结构和特点。就我国切割机的性能和砂轮片质量等方面存在的问题进行了讨论。以微处理器控制为基础的各种制样设备代表着目前金相制样设备的先进技术。通过机电结合、软硬件结合及互补、增加调速功能及柔性切割功能、改进砂轮片质量等方式来改造传统的金相切割设备。

Abstract:Metallographic examinations were the important means of control and judgment on products quality. Specimen cut-off cannot be lack in the course of specimen preparing. This paper introduced the research circumstances at home and abroad about metallographic cut-off machine, and gave the structure and characteristic of various machines. The problems at the capability of the cutter and quality of abrasive wheel existed in our country were discussed. The various system based on microprocessor represented the advanced technology now. Pointed out that through combining mechanical and electrical, combining software and hardware, the function of speed adjusting and flexible cutting, the improving of abrasive wheel quality to gain high precision, high quality and reproducibility specimen is the development trend from now on.
