屈服强度700MPa级超高强度大梁钢冲压开裂分析

摘    要:对屈服强度为700MPa级超高强度大梁钢在冲压过程中出现的严重开裂进行分析,结果表明冲压工艺孔位置及工艺孔内断面裂纹是大梁板冲压开裂裂纹源产生的主要原因,超高强度大梁板冲压或剪切断口易产生层状裂纹倾向与材料厚度中心珠光体带状组织有关,超高强度大梁折弯变形区域在设计中应避免出现工艺冲孔。

Abstract:The severe cracking during stamping of 700Mpa grade super high strength beam steel l was analyzed,the results showed that the positions of stamping holes and cracks in inner section of stamping holes were the primary cause of crack source for this steel.The super high strength beam steel can easily bring the trend of samdwich cracking in the stamping or cut process.It has relation with the banded pearlite in the middle of the material.The craft hole should be avoided in the design of area of bend.
