摘    要:在火力发电厂中 ,传动齿轮振动是球磨机运行过程中的常见故障 ,往往也是影响球磨机安全、稳定运行的重要因素。引起齿轮振动的原因很多 ,只有对齿轮的传动过程有一个正确认识 ,才能在球磨机的运行过程中 ,自觉地进行传动齿轮的检修和维护。本文分析了齿轮振动对其他传动部件的影响 ,指出了齿轮振动的危害性 ,并根据齿轮啮合原理 ,对引起球磨机齿轮振动的原因进行分析 ,提出改进措施。

Abstract:Gear vibration of the transmission system of ball mills often takes place in the thermoelectric power plant. It is the main factor that affects the formal operation of ball mills. There are many kinds of reasons that can cause this failure, only with correct knowledge of the transmission process can people maintain and repair the system on their initiative. This paper has analyzed the effects that gear vibration has on other parts and the its fatal effects to the whole transmission system. It has also given the reasons that cause the vibration according to the mesh principle, and how to improve the performance of the gears.
