| 摘 要： | 资源紧缺问题已成为影响我国经济发展的主要制约因素，节能节水形势十分紧迫，文章从几个方面探讨有关民用建筑节能节水卫生系统的问题，包括重视公民节能节水意识、倡导科学的生活方式和推广节能节水新技术等，呼吁创建可持续发展社会。

| Abstract: | Resource shortage has become a major factor restraining China＇s eco- nomic development, so the trend of energy-saving and water-saving is very urgent. This article discusses the problem of energy-saving and water-saving sanitary system of civil architecture from several aspects, including attaching importance to energy- saving and water-saving awareness of citizens, advocating scientific life style and pro- moting new energy-saving and water-saving technology, and appealing for the building of society of sustainable development. |
