摘    要:以谷氨酸和锌离子为例,采用多元矩阵和自编计算程序,求解了在不同酸度下各种离子的存在状态及绘制了分布图,对不同酸度下的各种组态进行了分析和探讨,并就硫化锌法原子吸收光谱间接测定谷氨酸时的酸度影响曲线进行了分析应用,表明测定谷氨酸时的酸度影响曲线是由于共存区域的谷氨酸和锌离子的存在形式发生转化而引起的.理论计算与实验现象及测得的数据得到了很好的吻合,用于确立测定机理及络合物的组成取得了成功.

Abstract:The distribution of ionic status of glutamic acid and zinc were calculated by a self-designed computer program, and the distribution graph of it were drawn. The relation curve between FAAS signal of glutamic acid and different pH was analyzed in indirect determination of glutamic acid by flame absorption spectrometry with ZnS. The study shows that the influence curve of pH in detecting glutamic acid changes with the form or shape of glutamic acid and zinc in solution. The values from calculation are the same as the value from the experiment. Thus the determination mechanism and constitution of complexes have been established successfully.
