苍术挥发油成分GC-MS分析

摘    要:采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取苍术挥发油并采用气相色谱-质谱技术对其进行分离、鉴定。初步分离出60余个峰,鉴定出41种成分,用峰面积归-化法确定其相对含量。在被测物质中,萜类化合物有33种,主要物质为β-桉叶油醇(20.12%)、β-芹子烯(6.18%)、茅术醇(4.52%)等。通过对苍术挥发油成分的研究,为苍术资源的进一步开发利用提供实验依据。

Abstract:To study the chemical composition of volatile oils from Atractylodes lancea(Thunb.)The volatile oilis extracted from Atractylodes lancea(Thunb.)DC. Using steam distillation and identified by GC-MS. More than sixty kinds of peaks and 41 species of Atractylodes lancea(Thunb.)DC. identified by GC-MS. The components were quantitatively determined with normalization. method Among the 41 species of identified compounds ,there were the 33 species of hydrocarbon compounds which were mainly beta-Eudesmol(20.12 %),beta-Selinene(6.18 %),Hinesol(4.52 %). To provide the foundation for reasonable utilization by analyzing the volatile oils of Atractylodes lancea(Thunb.)DC.
