食品中抗生素残留前处理技术研究进展

摘    要:综述了近年来食品中抗生素残留的前处理分析方法。分别对固相萃取、基质固相分散、固相微萃取、超临界流体萃取以及近年来发展起来的新技术如微波萃取、溶剂萃取等进行了讨论,并对抗生素残留检测的前处理技术发展前景进行了展望。

Abstract:The development of sample preparation methods of antibiotic residues in food in recent years was reviewed with 25 references.Some new sample preparation methods were mainly introduced such as SPE,SPME,MSPD and SFE,and ME,SE were also discussed.Also,this review briefly provided some development trends of sample preparation methods of antibiotic residues in food.
