摘    要:阐述了湖南电网2005年2月10日的低频减负荷事故经过,对事故当日低频实际可切总量进行统计,并进行数字仿真,结果显示,系统的最低频率与频率记录仪实际记录的数据相一致,低频切负荷总量及轮次与实际较吻合,低频减负荷装置动作基本正确.并针对某些地区电业局低频减负荷装置误动的情况,提出了相关建议.

Abstract:The accident of under-frequency load shedding in Hunan power network is analyzed in this paper and digital simulation is conducted by scheme of under-frequency load shedding in accident day. The simulation results show that the lowest frequency of power system is consistent with the data recorded by frequency recorder. The total loads, starting up and cutting off by under-frequency load shedding devices, are also consistent with the reality. All theses results show that the action of most under-frequency load shedding devices is correct. Some suggestions aiming at misaction of low-frequency load shedding devices in certain electric power bureau are also presented.
