| 摘 要： | 通过工程实践，介绍了多层砖混结构房屋增层改建时对地基基础进行加固处理的情况。分析了既有房屋地基基础的技术鉴定资料，对包括地基基础在内的建筑物的可靠性、耐久性进行评估，并制定出最佳的地基基础加固处理实施方案。主要对常用的8种地基基础处理方法逐一进行了论述。

| Abstract: | Based on the several years' experience in engineering author introduces the reinforcement treatment conditions in the enlargement in floor of multi layer brick masonry structural building reconstruction. The technique appraisement datum of exiting building foundation are analyzed and the reliability and the durability of the building are evaluated. The best plan for reinforcement treatment of foundation is decided. The paper also discusses the eight common foundation treatment at last. |
