提钒尾渣加压酸浸取钒新工艺探索实验

摘    要:针对攀钢钒钛磁铁矿提钒尾渣的矿物特点,结合石煤氧压提钒新技术,提出了氧压直接浸出提钒尾渣的新方法。通过在压力场下的探索实验,结果表明:氧压酸浸可以打开钒的包裹,促进H^+的反应和钒的浸出,攀钢提钒尾渣中钒的浸出率可达79.24%,比传统工艺的提钒浸出率高20%。此法达到较理想的浸出效果,实现了全湿法处理提钒尾渣。

Abstract:New method was proposed on the basis of the characteristics of extracted vanadium residue from Panzhihua vanadic-titanomagnetie, and combine the new process of vanadium extraction from vanadium containing stone coal by acid leaching under oxygen pressure. The leaching percent of vanadium was pressure field ,the results indicated that the wrapping of vanadium by vanadium ferrospinel was destroied by the process bv acid leaching under oxygen pressure,and so that is in favor of H^+ reaction and their vanadium leaching, the leaching percent of extracted vanadium residue in Panzhibua attained 79.24% ,which was 20% higher than traditional technology.The ideal leaching results can be obtained ,and makes an innovation in treating extracted vanadium resiue by the hydrometallurgical process.
