数控机床伺服系统动态特性的理论分析与仿真研究

摘    要:运用拉格朗日动力学普遍方程,分别以电气系统电荷量、伺服电机输出转角以及滚珠丝杠扭转角为广义运动坐标,从系统能量的角度,依次建立起伺服控制系统、机械传动系统以及机电偶合系统的动力学模型,分析了伺服控制系统、机械传动系统以及彼此间相互耦合的动态特性,以计算机仿真分析方法为手段,分析比较了不同的控制调节方案以及不同的设计参数对伺服系统动特性所造成的影响,找到了影响机电偶合系统动态性能的关键影响因素和调整方向.对于伺服系统的设计、控制参数合理设置以及保证伺服系统的动力性能具有重要意义.

Abstract:The dynamic models of the servo-system, mechanical-system and dynamical system of coupling items were established in terms of system energy by using the Lagrange dynamic generalized equation and looking the electricity of motor, angles of servomotor and ball-screw as the generalized coordinates. The effect of different adjust ways of controlling and the design parameters on the dynamical character of servo system was compared and analyzed, the primary factors and adjust ways which affect the dynamical character of system were obatained.
