| Abstract: | The influence of temperature on the electrical conductivity of p-quaterphenyl layers has been investigated. The current-voltage and current-temperature characteristics are presented.The switching effect that occurs with changes in temperature has been confirmed in the thin p-quaterphenyl films investigated. |
