我国南方沿海地区建筑节能减排初探

对建筑节能的必要性作了简要分析,就目前南方沿海地区气候特征提出了可行的建筑节能方式,即就近利用可再生能源及对资源进行综合利用.尽可能地"靠天、靠地、靠自己".同时,从建筑物全寿命周期的角度分析了建筑物的能耗,提出建筑节能应包括建筑物本体节能、建筑用能系统节能及行为节能,从而提出应对项目咨询、监理及能源管理、节能改造大力扶持,并提高物业管理者的运行管理能力,在全社会提倡推广行为节能.提出了建筑节能评估应更加科学,并能指导建筑节能减排朝向更合理的方向发展.

Preliminary Discussion on Building Energy Saving & Emissions Reduction of Coastal Area in South China
