摘    要:介绍了一种基于可编程多轴运动控制器的印刷电路板雕刻控制系统.首先描述了系统的总体结构,然后分析了雕刻数控系统的软、硬件结构和基于PMAC控制器的数控系统实现机制,详细介绍了该系统运动控制部分的软件实现方法.实践表明该系统具有较强的柔性,精度高、成本低,适用于小批量高精度制板的要求.

A Numerical Control of PCB Engraving System Based on PMAC
Abstract:Introduced a printed circuit board engraving control system based on programmable multi-axis motion controller. At first describe the structure of the system, and then analyzes the engraving CNC system software and hardware architecture and the implementation mechanism of numerical control system based on PMAC controller, detailing the motion control system of the software implementation. Practice shows that the system has strong flexibility, precision, low cost, high accuracy for small quantities requirements of PCB board.
