风机叶轮强度及模态分析

摘    要:对于某离心风机叶轮,利用有限元方法计算了叶轮在工作转速下的应力分布,依据应力分布对叶轮进行了改进,并对改进后的叶轮进行了强度校核;通过振动模态分析,得到叶轮的固有频率和振型等主要模态参数。计算结果表明叶轮设计合理,可以满足使用要求。该方法对提高产品可靠性和减少设计周期有重要意义。

The Stress and Model Analysis of the Impeller
Abstract:Stress of the impeller under the working speed was calculated by FEM. According to the calculation results, the impeller was improved and strength of the impeller was checked. Modal shapes and frequencies were worked out through modal analysis. The results indicated that the impeller design was reasonable and it is important to improve product reliability and reduce design cycle by this method.
