Programming Method and Application of PLC's Sequential Control |

| Abstract: | Sequence control is a common method in the field of industrial control. But the designing and writing of large-scale programs is difficult and the testing on the spot is also laborious. A method has been introduced in this paper, which with characteristics of clearly logic, simply programming, convenient debugging and easily mastering, exemplified by the application of the S7 - 200 programmable controller made by SIMENS and common sequence control form. It also has introduced several sequence control methods realized by different instruction and different internal register for different type of PLC has different instructions and hardware. |
