齿轮加工过程中切削温度的试验研究

摘    要:基于自然热电偶测温原理,对齿轮加工过程中产生的切削温度进行了研究。讨论了滚削温度的变化规律、滚削温度与滚削用量之间的关系。在滚齿加工过程中,切削温度是随切削时间、刀齿切入和切出切削区而周期性变化的,同时还与滚刀的齿槽数和头数有关。滚削速度增大,滚削温度明显上升;轴向进给量增大,滚削温度增加,但增加的幅度不显著。所得结果为合理地选择滚削用量和滚刀的几何参数、延长滚刀的使用寿命、预测滚齿加工过程等提供了参考依据。

Abstract:According to work-tool thermocouple principle, the hobbing temperature in gear hobbing is researched. The changing character of hobbing temperature in gear hobbing and the relation between cutting conditions and hobbing temperature are discussed by means of experiments. The hobbing temperature changes periodically with cutting time and cutting-in and cutting-out workpiece. At the same time, it is related to the number of teeth space and the number of threads. With the increase of cutting speed, hobbing temperature notably increase, and the increase is not so obvious with axial feed increase in contrast. The conclusion of experiments above provides references for reasonably selecting cutting conditions and geometrical parameter of hob, prolonging the life of gear hobs, and predicting processes of gear hobbing.
