| 摘 要： | 由于长期受计划经济体制的影响,我国建筑市场一直存在着一些不容忽视的问题。一方面各种建筑工程项目纷纷上马,另一方面建筑事故频频发生;一方面建筑市场监管制度已经确立,另一方面各项监管制度又纷纷失去效用。本文应用现代经济学的寻租理论比较系统地研究了我国转型经济中的建筑市场监管问题。

| Abstract: | Because of the influence of the planning economic system in a long period of time,there exist many un-negligible problems in the construction market.While more and more construction projects are in processing,more and more accidents take place.And on one hand,the supervising system of construction market has been set up;on the other hand,many supervising measures are of no use to the market.This paper discusses the supervising problem of the construction market under the economic-type-changing period by applying the rent-seeking theory of modern economics. |
