| 摘 要： | 本文详细分析了直升机复合材料关键装配特征，进行了装配工装设计。系统研究了制孔、锪窝、切割加工工艺及铆接、螺接等连接工艺和方法。为今后大型复杂复合材料结构装配奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | The main assembly factor of some helicopter was analyzed detailed and the assembly tooling was designed. The machining techniques of drilling and countersink and cutting and the techniques of riveting connecting and screw connecting were studied. This study will lay a foundation for the complex composite structures assembly. |
