| 摘 要： | 本文在简述第二代GSM系统和第三代UMTS系统不同规划特点的基础上,对WCDMA无线网络中基站的功率分配问题进行了详细的阐述.另外对WCDMA系统初始布局阶段基站功率的规划做了详细说明,并给出了仿真结果.
