高速钢左右铣刀裂纹分析

摘    要:W6Mo5Cr4V2左右铣刀经热处理后在键槽根产生裂纹。对失效铣刀进行了金相分析,结果表明,铣刀键槽R小和热处理分级次数少,使热处理应力大而集中,导致键横根部产生裂纹。改进了冷、热加工工艺,使随后热自理伯左右铣刀避免了类似的事故。

Abstract:Key slot root cracking of W6MoSCr4V2 left-right hand mitling cutter after heat treatment was analysed by metallography. The results indicated that small key slot root radius and insufhdent heat treatment step caused stress concentration at key slot root. Step quenching technique was adopted to prevent further failure of such products.
