中药陆英高效液相色谱指纹图谱的研究

摘    要:目的:建立中药陆英高效液相色谱指纹图谱,为科学评价及有效控制其质量提供可靠方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Kromasil C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)柱,流动相为乙腈-0.2%磷酸水溶液(80:20),光电二极管阵列检测器,检测波长215nm,流速0.8mL/min,柱温30℃。结果建立了中药陆英的指纹图谱,确定了10个共有峰,各陆英样品指纹图谱与对照指纹图谱相似度均在0.9以上,可用于陆英药材的定性鉴别。结论所建立的HPLC指纹罔谱具有良好的精密度、重现性和稳定性,可以作为陆英质量评价的主要依据之一,同时为深入研究中药陆英的质量标准提供了实验基础。

Abstract:Objective To establish the fingerprint chromatograms of Sambucus chinensis Lindl. by HPLC, which can be applied for quality assessment and control of medicinal materials of Sambucus chinensis lindl.. Methods The HPLC analysis was performed on Kromasil C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm) using ethanenitrile-0.2 % aqueous solution of phosphoric acid (80:20) as mobile phase at flow rate of 0.8 mL/min. UV detect ire wavelength was at 215 nm of the photodiode array detector and the column temperature was 30℃. Resuhs Establishing the fingerprint chromatograms of Sambucus chinensis lindl., 10 common peaks were found in the fingerprint chromatograms of Sambucus chinensis lindl, and good similarities with correlation coefficients over 0.9 were found in the fingerprint chromatograms between the herbs from different sources and standard fingerprint, which can be utilized for the identification of Sambucus chinensis lindl.. Conclusion The established HPLC fingerprint chromatograms have desirable accuracy, repeatability and stability, it can be used for one of the quality control of Sambucus chinensis lindl., meanwhile, provide an experimental basis for further quality control of Sambucus chinensis lindl.
