单桩变刚度结构隔水导管稳定性研究及设计方法探讨

摘    要:采用弹性稳定性分析方法,研究和分析了隔水导管稳定性的特点及临界载荷,并根据海上钻井作业中隔水导管设计和使用的实际情况,提出了一种既能增强稳定性,又能降低成本的变刚度结构隔水导管设计方法,并且在考虑自重均布载荷和端部井口集中载荷条件下,对单桩隔水导管的弹性稳定性进行了研究及工程实例计算分析。本文的探讨对于降低海上钻井作业成本和提高隔水导管安全性能将会产生积极的影响。

Abstract:The characteristics and the critical load of the conductor are studied and analyzed by using elastic stability analysis method,and a design method of the conductor with variable rigidity structure is proposed based on actual design and use of conductor in offshore drilling operation.Such conductor can not only improve the stability but also reduce the cost.In addition,the elastic stability of the conductor with single pile is studied and the engineering case calculation is carried out,considering the dead weight uniform load and wellhead concentrated load.The discussions in the paper will exert active influence on reducing the offshore drilling operation cost and improving the safety of the conductor.
