大冶铁矿东采矿井自然风压的数值模拟计算

摘    要:以大冶铁矿东采矿井为例,从巷道围岩与空气的热交换机理入手,分析了自然风压的形成原理及过程;利用GAMBIT软件建立了主要通风井模型;借助流体仿真软件FLUENT,对巷道空气流动及传热进行了数值模拟,并与实际测定数据进行对比,误差均在可接受范围内,说明了建立的模型是可用的;通过改变模型的边界条件,得到了多组竖井自然风压数据,最后采用MINITAB曲线拟合的方法将数据拟合,得出了夏季及冬季极端环境气温条件下的竖井自然风压的计算式。
