| 摘 要： | 介绍了板框过滤操作条件,提出了如何判定过滤过程终了的问题。首先,创立了修正密度公式,推导了修正浓度公式;并提出了判定恒速过滤过程终了的依据。从理论上建立了优化模型,作为预测板框过滤终了的判定依据。其次,进行实验研究,得出该判定依据符合工程实际要求,对工业生产具有指导意义。 |

| Abstract: | The operating conditions of plate filters have been presented and the ways to determine the termination of plate filters have been discussed by correcting the density formula, deducing the corrected concentration formula, raising a mathematical model and the criterion to determine the termination of constant speed filtration. Results could serve as a guide to industrial practice. |
