摘    要:超声振动加工是一种先进的加工工艺方法,是在加工过程中给工具或工件沿一定方向施加一定频率的超声振动。将超声振动用于精密或超精密加工,特别是在超硬材料、复合材料等难加工材料方面有着突出的优越性,具有低切削力、低切削温度、好的表面粗糙度。基于高频振动切削原理,针对小直径深孔的精密及超精密加工问题,设计了超声振动钻削装置。对难加工材料钛合金进行钻削实验,并对实验结果和数据进行分析。

Abstract:The ultrasonic vibration processing is an advanced processing technology, in the process, the tool or work- piece is applied ultrasonic vibration of a certain frequency along a certain direction. The ultrasonic vibration cut is used to precision or ultra-precision machining, in particular, which show the highlight superiority of cutting superhard materials and composite materials, in cutting process , with low cutting forces, low cutting temperature, good surface roughness. It based on the principle of high-frequency vibration cutting, for the question of small diameter deep hole of precision and ultra - precision machining , and the ultrasonic vibration drilling unit is designed. The experiments of drilling are gone for titanium alloy, and the experimental results and data analysis are shown.
