| 摘 要： | 本文报道了一种触发器型压力传感器，对这类传感器的电路结构和工作原理进行了理论分析。详细讨论了影响传感器特性的四种因素。定量地分析了调控三角波电压对传感器测量灵敏度和线性范围的影响。对实验结果进行了讨论，理论分析与实验结果基本一致。

| Abstract: | This paper describes a flip-flop pressure sensor. The circuit structure and operation principle of the sensor have been analysed. Four effects on the characteristics of the sensor are discussed in detail. The quantitative analyses of a controllable triangular wave voltage effect on the sensitivity and linearity range of the sensor present. The theoretical analyses agree with the experimental results basically. |
