激光相变硬化过程数值分析与工艺优化系统

摘    要:应用本系统可建立不同钢种的热物性参数库和激光相变硬化处理工艺参数库。建立了激光相变硬化过程的传热模型 ,应用有限元或有限差分方法计算了激光相变硬化过程的温度场及组织场。计算出的温度场和组织场可以用图形的方式直观地显示出来。激光相变硬化区宽度和深度的计算结果与实验符合较好 ,为工艺优化提供了依据。

Abstract:The data-bases of thermal physical property and laser transformation hardening processing parameter for various kinds of steels can be set up using this system. The heat transfer model during laser transformation hardening process has been set up. The temperature field and structure field during laser transformation hardening process were calculated using finite element method and finite difference method. The calculated temperature field and structure field can be displayed by graph. The calculated widths and depths of laser transformation hardening zones are in good agreement with the experimental results. These results provide a basis for technical parameter optimization.
