| 摘 要： | 随着机车车辆制造业对多变化,中批量柔性制造和计算机综合制造的需要越来越突出,从产品设计,工艺到加工制造全过程应用CAD CAM一体化技术已成为企业的首选。对先后购进的数控机床,UG,PRO E,PC机等整合集成,实现了CAD CAM一体化。对在这个过程中所解决的诸如NC自动编程,数据通讯,PC控制下的数控机床在线加工等问题都作了介绍。

| Abstract: | The integration technology of CAD/CAM is becoming popular in the whole process from design,technic to manufacture with more and more requirements for diversified products,middle batch flexible manufacture products and computer based comprehensive manufacture products.The numerical control machine,UG and PRO/E softwares,PC computer etc.,are integrated together to realize the integration of CAD/CAM.This artical also presents the following issues,such as NC auto programing,data communication,numerical control machine on line machining under PC control. |
