轮对检测设备数据自动采集板的设计与实现

摘    要:首先阐述了在对传统轮对检测设备进行信息化改造过程中,检测数据实时自动采集的必要性,然后以轮对检测中轴承检测机信息采集板的设计为例,介绍了数据采集板的工作原理,并从硬件结构和软件设计两个方面具体介绍了采集板的设计.

Abstract:The article firstly declares the necessity of automatic real-time data collection in the digitization reform on conventional train wheel pair detection,then taking the example of information collector in bearing detection,introduces the operational principle of data collector,and detailedly introduces the design of collector from the hardware structure and software design.
