火工品静电感度试验方法研究

摘    要:本文以静电放电机器模型模拟火工品在勤务处理时真实的静电放电,利用升降法试验测量火工品的静电感度.通过试验和对结果数据的处理,得出了火工品在此种情况下50%发火的静电电压阈值.分析了其等效电路的波形,研究了电阻电感变化对放电波形的影响.

Abstract:The article describes the real electrostatic discharge of initiating explosive devices simulated by an electrostatic discharge machine model during service disposing. The up and down method is used to test the electrostatic sensitivity of initiating explosive device. The threshold of electrostatic discharge voltage of 50% firing abtained under this condition by experiment and test result treatment. The waveform of equivalent circuit is analyzed and the effect of inductance and resistance on waveform has been studied.
