静压支承轧辊轧机支承辊底座的稳定性分析

摘    要:介绍了一种新型轧机,它依靠由弹性流体动压油膜支承的支承辊来提供轧制力,克服了传统轧机在进行轧制时难以克服的板凸度问题,这对于提高产品的质量以及整个轧辊轧机的工作性能是有益的。在以上优点被证实的同时,进一步对其支承辊底座的稳定性进行探究,用能量稳定法证实了支承辊底座具有稳定性。

Abstract:A new kind of rolling mill has been introduced.The rolling mill works by the backing roller which is supported by the elastahydrodynamic oil film,solving the deformation of the rolled strip,thus it is beneficial to the quality of the product and the working property of the rolling mill.Further research on the stability of dynamic and static rolling mill's bearing chock has been conducted here after the above advantages have been proved.Backing roller bearing chock's stability has been confirmed with the energy stability method.
