| 摘 要： | 文章分析了国有地勘单位的科学发展需要各级政府从三个主要方面进行政策支持：一是改革矿业权管理模式,二是创新找矿工作体制机制,三是促进地勘队伍建设。只有在各级政府的政策支持下,国有地勘单位才能真正创新体制,科学发展。

| Abstract: | In this article, through the analysis of state - owned geological prospecting units＇ scientific development,the author points out that it needs the support in policy from governments at different levels, which is from the three aspects：reforming the management pattern of mining industry authority, innovating on the working sysem of looking for mineral deposits, promoting the geological prospecting group＇s build-up. Only in all levels of government policy support, the state-owned geological exploration units in order to truly innovative system, scientific development. |
