基于风险评估的输变电设备维修技术

摘    要:针对输变电设备的维修管理,提出基于风险评估的维修技术.通过构建完整的输变电设备风险评估体系与基于风险的维修决策方法,建立了将基于风险的维修(RBM)方法应用于输变电设备维修的基本技术框架.与已有维修技术相比,文中通过引入风险评估理论与区间分析思想,不仅使维修决策更为经济和科学,而且将技术的可操作性大大增强.在某地区电网的应用结果表明:该方法全面评估了设备风险,能够快速、有效地进行维修决策,具有很好的应用前景.
