煤粉锅炉微波等离子点火研究

摘    要:微波等离子燃烧是一种非接触、化学改性提高活化能、降低着火温度、提高燃烧稳定性的燃烧技术。利用合适的微波谐振腔结构、微波频率和脉冲电源,使之产生相对稳定的等离子体可用于煤粉锅炉点火。探讨了利用谐振腔对风粉混合物直接等离子化后实现预混着火和通过不同谐振频率及脉冲对燃料进行等离子化直接点火燃烧的可能性和方法。

Abstract:The microwave plasma combustion is one combustion technology without contact, it can enhance the activation energy through chemical property-modification, lowering the ignition temperature, and heigtening the combustion stability. The relatively stable plasma produced by using suitable microwave resonant cavity structure, microwave frequency, and pulsed power supply, can be used for ignition of pulverized coal boilers. An approach to realization of premixed ignition after direct activation of pulverized coal and air mixture by plasma produced from a resonant cavity, and to the feasibility and method for plasma direct ignition and combustion of the fuel through different resonant frequency and pulsation has been carried out.
