摘    要:本文提出了一种新型半开式自调节重力热管,解决了开式重力热管存在的密封液倒灌和液位失温问题。可广泛应用于电站锅炉排烟及高温工业废气的余热回收,具有较高的可靠性和显著的节能效果。

Abstract:As a heat-transfer enhancement device, the open weight-forced heat pipe has found wide applications in industry due to its reliability in operation and simplicity in construction. Nevertheless, there are some considerable disadvantages in its operation, such as reverse flow, overflow and dry-up of the working fluid, which lead to substantial decrease in the heat-transfer coefficient. In this work, a new type of semi-open self-regulating weight-forced heat pipe was developed. A special U-shaped pressure self-regulating mechanism was employed to adapt the heat pipe automatically to variations in its working pressure and guarantee its tightness. The heat pipe also adopted a new type of fluid-level regulator which could follow load variations automatically, bring about real-time control of the liquid level and thus prevent the heat pipe from overflow or dry-up due to instability of the liquid level in the case of large load swing.
