应用于水下生产系统的控制阀设计与仿真

摘    要:为了控制水下生产系统中采油树上的液压缸执行器的动作并保证液压控制系统的安全性,设计了一种具有失压保护功能的常开式控制阀,通过建立控制阀相关的数学模型,并利用AMESim对控制阀进行建模和仿真,分析控制阀的失电开启和失压保护的功能。仿真结果表明,该控制阀的结构满足液压控制系统可靠性和安全性的要求,为我国自主研发水下生产系统奠定一定基础。图5参10

Abstract:In order to control the hydraulic cylinder actuator on sub-sea X-trees and ensure the hydraulic control system′s safety, the paper designed a kind of normally open control valve with pressure-loss protection function. Through the establishing control valve′s relative mathematical model and modelling and simulation of control valve by AMESim, analyzed of normally open and pressure-loss protection functions of the control valve. The simulation results indicate that the control valve′s structure meets the reliability and safety requirements of hydraulic control system and lays certain foundation for our own research and development of sub-sea production system.
