基于DSP的永磁同步电动机控制系统的研究

摘    要:实现了一个基于数字信号处理器(DsP)的永磁同步电动机的控制系统,对该控制系统进行了分析.重点研究了最大转矩电流比的方法,该方法在逆变器容量相同的情况下可大大提高系统动态性能,在输出相同的力矩条件下电机具有更小的定子电流.介绍了该永磁同步电动机控制系统的硬件、软件设计与调试.仿真与实验结果表明,该控制系统具有良好的控制性能.

Abstract:A DSP-based control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor has been developed. The maximum ratio of torque to current method is studied emphatically. The algorithm can improve the system dynamic performance greatly at the same converter power. The motor has less stator current at the same electromagnetic torque. Hardware and software design and debugging of the PMSM control system are mentioned. The simulation and experimentation results show that the control system has favorable control performance.
