| 摘 要： | 该文用后评价对南通狼山静海商贸街进行分析,针对景区商业街人气少等问题,运用图底理论分析、空间视线分析、场所文脉分析、案例比较分析等城市设计分析方法,从自然因素、可达性和方位、尺度和格局、空间特征、视景标准、三维形体、多样性等指标进行系统分析,从而发现商业街规划设计中的一些疏漏,得出相关结论,提出可能的解决方法。 |

| Abstract: | This article starts with the post-evaluation of Jinghai Commercial Street Nantong,aiming on fewer people on scenic commercial Street problem,with figure-ground theory analysis,space sight analysis,places context analysis,case compare analysis,base on natural factors,accessibility and location,Position,scale and pattern of spatial characteristics,visual standard,three-dimensional shape,diversity to analyze.To discover some omissions on the design of Commercial Street,draw relevant conclusions and purpose possible solutions. |
