摘    要:采用茂金属催化体系rac-Et(1-Ind)2ZrCl2/Al(i-Bu)3/Me2NHPh]+B(C6F5)4]-催化由费托合成而来的混合α-烯烃聚合,考察了Zr/烯摩尔比、Al/Zr摩尔比、反应温度和反应时间对产物粘度及其分子量的影响。在最优条件下,转化率可达97.3%。采用了13C NMR和1H NMR表征产物结构,不同碳数烯烃在不同反应条件下的转化率由GC测得。最优条件下的聚合产物具有高粘度指数(262)和低分子量分布(1.95),可作为理想的润滑油基础油的原料。

Abstract:Polymerization of mixed alpha-olefins catalyzed by metallocene catalyst system, rac-Et(1-Ind)2ZrCl2/AliBu3/Me2NHPh]+B(C6F5)4]-, was studied. The effects of the Zr/olefin mole ratio, Al/Zr mole ratio, temperature, and time on viscosity and molecular weight were investigated. The conversion under optimized conditions was 97.3%. The product structure was characterized by 13C NMR and 1H NMR, and the conversion of olefins with different carbon numbers under different conditions was investigated by GC. The polymer obtained under optimized condition has a high viscosity index (262) and a narrow molecular weight distribution (1.95), which is a desired component for lubricating base oil.
