| 摘 要： | 通过分析国内外管道材料等级表在管道工程设计及工程总承包上的应用现状,提出管道材料等级表对于管道及组成件选用、采购、维护、管理的意义。针对有色冶金行业管道等级表存在的不足以及编制管道材料等级表的主要目标及作用,阐述管道材料等级表应遵循的编制方式、合理的编制范围以及兼顾三维工厂设计数据的使用要求。进而提出管道材料等级表应包括的主要内容及编制的主要框架,并对管道材料等级表编制要点、管道及组成件选用原则进行分析。

| Abstract: | Through analysis the present application of piping class ratings in engineering design and EPC,we present the significant of piping class ratings for piping and components selection,procurement,maintenance,management.Due to piping class ratings defect and compiling purpose,the piping ratings should be edited in a reasonable pattern and range,give consideration to the data operating requirements of 3D plant design.On the basis of this situation,the main contents and structure of piping class ratings was been proposed.Moreover,compiling points of piping class ratings,the principle of piping and components selection was been analyzed in next section. |
