摘    要:净化铜渣是湿法炼锌企业产出的净化渣经镉回收后产出的渣,2016年8月1日起实行的《国家危险废物名录》,明确将铅锌冶炼过程中,锌浸出液净化产生的净化渣列入危险废物。该渣含有价金属铜、锌、镉、铅等。采用传统浸出-电积的工艺会因为F^-、Cl^-、As的危害以及铜回收率低的原因不能有效回收。采用湍流电解技术能够耐受高含量F、Cl,直接回收电积1#铜,脱铜后液可直接返回锌浸出系统回收锌、镉。

Abstract:Purified copper slag is the slag produced by zinc hydrometallurgical enterprises after cadmium recovery.The National Hazardous Waste List,which was implemented on August 1,2016,clearly lists the purified slag produced by zinc leaching liquor purification in the process of lead-zinc smelting as hazardous waste.The slag contains copper,zinc,cadmium,lead and so on.The traditional leaching-electrowinning process can not be effectively recovered because of the harm of F^-,Cl^-,As and the low copper recovery.Turbulent electrolysis technology can withstand high content of F and Cl,directly recover 1^# copper from electrowinning,and the liquid after copper removal can be directly returned to zinc leaching system to recover zinc and cadmium.
