摘    要:Z型折叠机翼在大气中飞行时会呈现不同的形态,其结构动力学特性变化明显,对其模态特性的分析是研究其结构特性的重要研究方法。首先,简要介绍模态分析技术以及PolyMAX法识别模态参数的基本原理;其次,结合试验模态分析和工作模态分析方法,对设计加工的Z型折叠翼模型在不同折叠形态下进行了模态实验;最后,对获得Z型折叠机翼实验模型的前5阶模态参数。结果表明,Z型折叠板在不同折叠角度下,各阶模态振动差异很大,其中折叠角度为90°时,结构更加稳定。

Abstract:Z-shaped folding wing presents multiple forms during a flight and the structural dynamical feature varies with its forms. So the research on the modal characteristics is important to investigate its structure. First, the modal analysis technology and the fundamentals of PolyMAX algorithm are reviewed. Then, modal experiments are conducted on the Z-shaped folding wing at different forms based on the experimental modal analysis (EMA) and operational modal analysis (OMA). Finally, the parameters of the first five orders are validated. The results show that folded angles have significant impact on the structure stability. Particularly, the structure is stablest when the folded angle is 90°.
