双环径向反应器流场模拟

摘    要:与传统的径向反应器相比,双环径向反应器具有床层压降更低、流程更短、流通面积更大的优点。本文根据Ergun方程和连续性方程,建立了双环径向反应器流体力学二维数学模型,来描述反应器中的流体力学行为。采用超松弛迭代法(SOR)来求解二维流体力学模型,并利用Powell算法确定内环隙中流体向内外侧催化剂床层分流分配的最优值。模拟结果显示出不同反应器尺寸下气体沿轴向布气均匀度和重时空速的变化趋势。该模型不仅可以用来分析现有工业脱氢反应器结构设计的合理性,还可以为新的双环径向反应器设计提供定量的参考依据。

Abstract:Compared with the traditional Radial Flow Reactors (RFRs), double-ring RFRs possess advantages including lower pressure drop, shorter flow path and greater flow area. According to the Ergun’s equation and continuity equation, a two-dimensional hydrodynamic model was established to describe the hydrodynamic behavior in double-ring RFRs. The successive over-relaxation (SOR) method was applied to solve the two-dimensional hydrodynamic model. The flow assignment parameters (T) of mass flow in the inner channel to the outer catalytic bed and inner catalytic bed were optimized by Powell method. Simulations showed the trend of the axial uniformity of gas distribution and weight hourly space velocity (WHSV) with the variation of reactor size. The model can be used to analyze the reasonability of dehydrogenation reactor design, and it can also provide quantitative reference for the design of new double-ring RFRs.
