石墨烯-铜纳米颗粒复合材料的制备及其摩擦学性能研究

摘    要:本文通过液相还原法原位合成了石墨烯-铜纳米颗粒复合材料。采用扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪分析了pH值和PVP浓度对石墨烯-铜纳米颗粒复合材料粒径和结构的影响。采用SRV-Ⅳ研究了石墨烯-铜纳米颗粒复合材料对润滑脂摩擦学性能的影响。 结果表明,与基础润滑脂相比,石墨烯-铜纳米颗粒复合材料的加入使下试件的磨损量降低85.5%,使润滑脂的平均摩擦系数降低15.5%。石墨烯-铜纳米颗粒复合材料的加入显着提高了润滑脂的摩擦学性能。

Abstract:In this paper, the graphene-copper nanoparticle composite (GN/Cu NPs composites) was prepared by in situ chemical reduction in liquid. The influence of pH and the concentration of PVP on the particle size and structure of the GN/Cu NPs composites as well as the element distribution were analyzed via scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). The tribological properties of the grease with GN/Cu NPs composites has been studied by SRV-Ⅳ. It was found, comparing to the base grease, the GN/Cu NPs composites help to reduce the wear loss of the disk by 85.5% and the average friction coefficient by 15.5%. The result clearly indicated that the addition of the GN/Cu NPs composites significantly enhanced the tribological properties of grease.
