多产优质化工原料加氢裂化催化剂RHC-1/RHC-5的开发和应用

摘    要:为了适应炼油市场需求的变化,开发了具有较优尾油质量的多产化工原料加氢裂化催化剂RHC-1,RHC-5。该催化剂的开发基于“选择性开环”过程,通过选择酸性更强的分子筛,解决常规分子筛开环性能不强的问题,并通过适当提高催化剂的加氢性能以同其相适应。和上一代催化剂相比,尾油质量更优,BMCI值降低了1-2单位。工业长周期运转中表现出了良好的尾油质量,并具良好的工艺条件适应性。其中RHC-1在工业中压条件下加工重质进料,可以得到60%BMCI值约为12的优质尾油,化工原料总收率可超过80%,氢耗相对于常规加氢裂化装置下降了近50%。RHC-5在13.0MPa氢分压条件下加工CGO和VGO的混合原料,全循环模式下,可以得到约68.4%的重石脑油,其芳潜高达50.6,化工原料总收率(裂解料+重整料)可达98%以上。工业应用标定结果表明,加工劣质进料可得到30%以上的优质尾油,其BMCI值可达到10.7。化工原料总收率(裂解料+重整料)可达65%以上。工业运转过程中经过多次氯、酸值超标的考验,先后两个周期共运转了8年。

DEVELOPMENT AND APPLICATION OF HYDROCRACKING CATALYST RHC-1 /RHC-5 FOR MAXIMUM HIGH QUALITY CHEMICAL RAW MATERIALS
Abstract:In order to adapt to the change in the demand of the oil refining market, the hydrocracking catalyst RHC-1, RHC-5 which has the superior quality of the tail oil is developed. The development of the catalyst is based on the selective ring-opening process. By selecting more acidic molecular sieves, the problem of poor performance of conventional materials can be solved, and properly adapt to the hydrogenation performance of catalysts. Compared with the previous catalyst, the quality of the tail oil is better, and the BMCI is reduced by 1-2 units. In the long period operation of the industry, the good quality of the tail oil has been shown and the adaptability of the process conditions is good. When RHC-1 is used to process heavy feed in medium pressure, the BMCI about 12 can be obtained while with nearly 60% tail oil. The total yield of chemical raw material can exceed 80%, and hydrogen consumption has dropped by nearly 50% compared to conventional hydrocracking conversion. When processing CGO and VGO mixing feed under the condition of full conversion mode in 13.0MPa hydrogen pressure, RHC-5 can get about 68.4% of the heavy naphtha, the aromatic potential is of up to 50.6, the total yield of chemical raw materials (steaming cracking feed + catalytic reforming feed) can reach more than 98%. The results of industrial application demarcation show that more than 30% of high quality tail oil can be obtained by processing inferior quality feed, and its BMCI can reach 10.7. The total yield of chemical raw materials can reach more than 65%. The industrial operation process has two cycles of operation for 8 years.
