摘    要:通过对尿素装置低负荷下运行的技术攻关,制定出一套科学的控制方法,操作改进后尿素产品质量全部达到国标优等品,合成塔及其他高压设备的腐蚀明显降低,吨尿素氨耗大幅度下降,水解解吸后工艺冷凝液全部回收,大大降低了尿素成本.

Abstract:By troubleshooting of low load operation of urea plant, Inner Mongolia Tianye Chemical Inc. , Ltd. set up scientific control methods. With these methods, the urea quality reaches that of national fine grade, the corrosion of the converter and other HP equipment is obviously decreased, the ammonia consumption of per ton urea is reduced by a large degree, the condensate from hydrolysis and stripping is completely recovered, and the urea cost is lowered down in a large scale.
