基于模板匹配的手写体字符识别方法

提出了一种新的矢量化字符的特征提取方法，能有效地提取出矢量化字符的矢量线段数、交叉矢量线段数以及矢量线段的角度；给出了生成标准字符模板和模板库的方法；并提出了基于模板匹配的手写体字符识别算法，对机械图纸上各种手写体字符进行了有效的识别。

Recognition of Hand Written Characters Based on Pattern Matching

A new algorithm for feature extraction of vector characters is proposed to effectively extract the number of the crossing vector lines, the number of vector lines and the angle of each vector line from a vector character. A method is proposed to build standard character models and a model base.
