钢纤维增强碾压混凝土的研究

摘    要:本文基于钢纤维增强碾压混凝土的试验研究,主要探讨了钢纤维掺入后对碾压混凝土工作性的影响、钢纤维在碾压混凝土中的分布规律、钢纤维对碾压混凝土物理力学性能的增强作用等问题。研究表明,钢纤维使碾压混凝土抗折强度和劈裂抗拉强度有较大提高,抗压强度有所增长,变形能力有很大改善。本文还得出了碾压混凝土试件的应力-应变全过程曲线。

ROLLER COMPACTED CONCRETE REINFORCED WITH STEEL FIBERS
Abstract:Through the experimental research on roller compacted concrete reinforced with steel fibers,thispaper discusses the fluence of added steel fibers on the service properties of roller compacted concrete(RCC), distribution of steel fibers in RCC and other problems.The research results show that theflexural strength and split tensile strength of RCC are increased greatly and the compressive strength isincreased with the addition of steel fibers. The defomation ability of RCC is improved. The completestress-strain curves for specimens of RCC reinforced with steel fibers are also studied in this paper.
