| Abstract: | Take the basic situations of public bidding in Baotou Steel as background and aim at the existing problems in the process of public bidding for purchasing,how to optimize the information systems of purchasing and establish the system of agency by agreement are discussed as well as the suggetions on strengthening the centralized purchasing are proposed through elaborating the significances of purchasing management on improving the competitive power of enterprises in the paper. |
